Clean lines and an exuberant entry statement characterises this modern style home for a concrete contractor, who wanted to showcase their product. Built entirely of precast concrete panel, the home has a solid, permanent feeling. A private outdoor courtyard at the rear is formed by coloured concrete paving and a timber pergola supported by moulded concrete pillars. Horizontal sunshade louvres reduce glare and heat gain at large glazed spaces.
