Maryann Rest Home, Stratford

This project involved the redevelopment of an existing facility to expand the hospital and add a 20 bed dementia unit. To enhance the quality of life for residents, inter-courtyards and external areas were landscaped. Tactile experiences were designed particularly for the dementia unit. Small nook areas complement larger communal areas. Low maintenance materials were used externally.
