Campbell House

A house for retirees on a waterfront site in New Plymouth is to be built from September.  Aluminium weatherboard, ACM panel, real stone veneer and concrete materials were used to meet the brief of ‘low maintenance’.

‘Watch the progress of this building site’.

With views toward the sea and proximity to the walkway and central New Plymouth facilities,  this new build’s location is enviable.

Designed in a modern minimal style this coastal home facility utilizes the site, which has been enclosed to form a private rear courtyard. An active front yard garden avoids fences.Constructed of concrete panels, with solid concrete floors, it has lighter frontage. The three ground floor bedrooms have views toward the sea and port. The first floor has a masterbedroom/ensuite and office, along with a deck niche recessed from the prevailing westerly wind. Jade colour ACM panel adds a point of difference and client individuality.
